Portrait Session - John

Another spring semester assignment, this time a character portrait with John.  In this shoot we were really trying to capture who John is with dramatic lighting and some great props.  This style is a real departure from my usual look, but it was exiting to explore and I feel like it really captures John's personality.

I love you through and through...

What a treat to be able to photograph this guy again!  After having a great time with his newborn portraits, I was thrilled when Christy asked me to do a shoot for Mother's Day.  This little fellow is now almost a year old and is quite the little ham.  He was definitely posing for the camera.  It's obvious that Christy delights in being a mom and her joy is infectious.  Thanks, Christy!
